refunds/exchanges

Cancellation Policy: Orders for items must be cancelled within 3 hours of your confirmed order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once clé has received a signed client approval form. Outside this timeframe, orders cannot be cancelled. You may return your order as a means of canceling your order but all return policies will apply to your return.  If the item has not shipped out yet shipping costs will be refunded but the 30% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.

Return/Exchange Policy: Please review all tiles upon arrival. Installation of tiles signifies acceptance and will not be refunded or exchanged. Only clé items purchased from our "in stock" inventory are accepted by clé for return or exchange. Custom tiles or tiles that have been special ordered are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You may only return/exchange approved stock items that are in salable condition and that are in new, unopened boxes. Refunds/exchanges must be approved by clé within 10 days of delivery, and received back to clé within 30 days for a refund or exchange and will incur a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs (to and from client, including clé's costs for any free shipping promotions) are at the expense of the client.  Refunds will be issued 7-10 days from receipt and inspection by our studio.

Only tiles that arrive in resalable condition will be eligible for refund/exchange.
