cancellation / return policy
Orders for items must be cancelled within 3 hours of your confirmed order. Outside of this time-frame, orders cannot be cancelled. You may return your order as a means of cancelling but all return policies will apply to your return. If the item is in stock but has not shipped yet, or if a special order has not been put into production, shipping costs will be refunded but a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned outside of the 3 hour window.
Please review all tiles upon arrival. Installation of tiles signifies acceptance and will not be refunded. Only clé items purchased from our "in stock" inventory (does not include sale items) are accepted by clé for return. Custom tiles or tiles that have been special ordered are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sale items are final and non-refundable. You may only return approved stock items that are in salable condition and that are in new, unopened boxes. Refunds must be approved by clé within 10 days of delivery, and received back to clé within 30 days for a refund, and will incur a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs (to and from client, including clé's costs for any free shipping promotions) are at the expense of the client. Refunds will be issued 7-10 days from receipt and inspection by our studio.
Only tiles that arrive in resalable condition will be eligible for refund/exchange.
