Celebrated artist and textile designer Serena Dugan introduces clé's first cement tile mural collection, inspired by a split-diagonal tile she encountered in Mexico City. Composed of four-inch solids and slants, the designs translate Dugan's playful approach to textiles into rhythmic mural compositions where color, repetition and geometry create dynamic graphic surfaces. Drawing inspiration from nature, vintage textiles and collected books, the expanded cement tile offering reinterprets beloved archival motifs from Tanov's clothing and homeware collections through the vivid hues of clé's Mythology palette. Reath Design reimagines the variegato tradition through the expressive qualities of cement tile, drawing inspiration from historic marble compositions ranging from intricate palace floors to hand-marbled papers. Rather than recreating the precision of natural stone, the collection embraces the beauty of the handmade process, with poured and layered pigments that flow, blend and shift across each tile. Offered in eight unique colorways, the designs reflect Reath's signature approach to interiors, balancing historical references with a fresh perspective on pattern to create surfaces rich in warmth, personality and storytelling.
