the award-winning watermark, inspired by japanese shibori, is a clé original. conceived by clé founder and artist deborah osburn, each unique porcelain tile in the watermark collection is hand dipped, stained or washed in a process as meditative as its result. in addition to the atmospheric, aquatic nature of the original collection, the latest generation of watermark includes new colors, added metallics and expanded clay bodies for more earthy, artful installations that channel both sky and sea.
