the timeless moroccan masterpiece. zellige is a centuries-old craft that is still made the same way: each tile is molded, cut and glazed by hand. clé zellige is as authentic as it comes, sourced and created in morocco. this tile's imperfections are also its charms, with richly variegated surface texture and color. once seen, zellige is unforgettable.

we share with new york designer anthony d'argenzio of zio & sons a love of transforming historic ideas and technniques and redesigning them with a modern take. this shared appreciation led us to our collaboration on a series of patterns that feature clé authentic zellige. streamlined and sophisticated? warm and cozy? yes to it all.

who would dare put genuine–precious–14 ct. gold and platinum on authentic zellige tile? clé would, of course. use sparingly for a little glamour or in quantity to create a showstopper installation.
