Position Overview
We are excited to introduce a Social Media Marketing Coordinator role focused on strengthening the digital presence and engagement of both clé and OUTERclé through content execution and calendar management.
Key Responsibilities
Planning
- • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive social media plans aligned with overall business objectives for both brands.
- • Assist in building and managing social media content calendars across platforms, ensuring timely, cohesive, and strategic posting.
Content Creation & Design
- • Create curated, visually polished social media assets as needed for posting, including static posts, carousels, simple animations, and story formats.
- • Work within general recommended brand guidelines to ensure all social content maintains a refined, luxury-level aesthetic.
- • Utilize design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools to produce platform-appropriate content.
- • Prepare assets for multiple formats and aspect ratios, optimizing for each channelʼs best practices.
Campaign Management
- • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- • Coordinate campaign rollouts across organic social channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives according to company customer facing calendar.
Performance & Optimization
- • While not entirely responsible for analyzing social media performance using our social media platform, we expect a general curiosity for whatʼs working or not working in our social media strategies.
Trend & Platform Monitoring
- • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and evolving content formats, particularly within luxury, design, and lifestyle spaces.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across organic social media channels most heavily informed by our company wide customer facing calendar.
Qualifications
- • Strong understanding of major social platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their visual and technical best practices.
- • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage content calendars, assets, and deadlines.
- • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to pivot when needed.
- • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the luxury, design, fashion, or lifestyle space.
- • Demonstrated ability to create and design social media content, not just manage calendars or scheduling.
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
- • Demonstrated self-starter with comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- • Prior experience supporting luxury, premium, or design-led brands
- • Familiarity with social analytics tools and a curiosity-driven approach to interpreting performance data
- • Interest in evolving into a broader digital marketing or creative role over time
